1. What is holistic medicine, and how is it different from conventional medicine?
Holistic medicine looks at the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms. This approach considers nutrition, gut health, hormones, lifestyle, stress, and genetics to create a personalised health plan.2. What is integrative care?
Integrative care brings together conventional medical expertise with evidence-based lifestyle, nutritional, and complementary therapies. At Healixa Health, this means working collaboratively with trusted practitioners in nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), therapeutic coaching, and more — to support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. With your consent, we also communicate with your NHS GP to ensure seamless, joined-up care.3. Are you registered with the CQC?
Healixa Health operates under the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration of Mosaic Medical — a trusted organisation providing regulatory oversight and clinical governance for independent healthcare providers. This partnership ensures we meet national standards for safety, effectiveness, and quality of care, while allowing us to focus on delivering personalised, evidence-based treatment within a fully regulated framework.
